Playgroup is an informal session where mums, dads, grandparents, care givers, children and babies meet together in a relaxed environment. They are community based, parent run, and usually held weekly. |

PlayConnect Playgroups are for families with children under school age who have been diagnosed with autism or autism-like symptoms. Playgroup Australia has received funding from the Australian Government under the 'Helping Children with Autism' package to establish 150 PlayConnect Playgroups across Australia before June 2011. |
